Return and Refund Policy


Please allow between 1 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive. The Order Processing Time is 2 - 5 days. The Shipping Time is 1 - 3 weeks.

UPDATE - Due to COVID-19, the shipping might be delayed by 2-4 weeks.

All orders can be tracked with Tracking Information. We will send you the Tracking Information or Tracking Number after 3-7 days of placing the order because the postage office needs some time to update the tracking number.

 

SECTION 1 - REFUNDS (IF-APPLICABLE)

Full Refund only applicable if : 
1. You received damaged item 
2. You do not receive your order in 40 days 
3. You received the wrong item 
4. You did not achieve the result desired (eg : beauty devices)

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone after you have received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your photo of evidence is approved (we need your photos of evidence) , then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

SECTION 2 - 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

We fully believe in all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 Days of placing your order, send us an email and we will give your money back.

 

SECTION 3 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF-APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@highfivejoy.com.

 

SECTION 4 - RETURN

Item damaged or the wrong item delivered? 
We do not accept return. Instead, we will refund you or we will deliver a replacement. Send us an email at support@highfivejoy.com to resolve the matter.

 

SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES (IF-APPLICABLE)

We only exchange your item if they are damaged or wrong item delivered (photos of evidence needed). Other than the cases stated above, we do not provide item exchange.

 

SECTION 6 - ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

After your order has been placed, you have 48 hours to contact support@highfivejoy.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

 

SECTION 7 - REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Please note, there are no refunds or cancellations 24 hours after your order was placed.

If your order with us doesn’t arrive at the correct shipping address provided to us and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid, including shipping costs or we will gladly replace the item for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
